On this episode I spend some quality time defrosting things. The first item I choose to defrost was the forge at the Mountain Village. This allowed me to sharpen my sword which I was immediately denied because I didn't have enough rupees. Side Note: Don't help Nips and his gigantic friend ever again. I therefore decided it was time to venture back to Clock Town to cash in my remaining rupees so I could afford the sword sharpening. I arrived in Clock Town and found myself going straght to the Bombers Hideout. I suddenly remembered a wall in there that could now be destroyed using the bombs I now had the ability to use. This would allow me access to a treasure chest that I knew contained a silver rupee which was worth 100 rupees. Gaining access to this would give me enough rupees to raise my rupee account at the bank to over 1000 rupees. Upon achieving this goal I was immediately let down. There I was thinking I was about to recieve a larger wallet and all I received as a reward for saving over 1000 rupees was 5 rupees in interest. Typical bank... I wasn't interested and went on a bit of a bender for five minutes ground pounding everything in sight. I visited the bomb shop while I was there and talked with the Goron who was sleeping on the floor. He told me before I could get access to the Powder Keg Bombs he had for sale I would need to go through the required training. He than told me where to find this mysterious Powder Keg Bomb trainer and went back to sleep. A lot of help he was.. I returned to the Mountain Village with over 100 rupees and decided to get my sword sharpened. This was going to take all night so I decided to speed things up by playing the song of time in double time. This allowed me to skip to the morning of the final day where I knew my newly sharpend sword would be waiting for me. The sword was waiting for me but I was warned not to use it too many times as using the newly sharpend sword would dull its edge. I was also given a hint that if I bought the Black Smith some gold powder that he could make me the sharpest sword in the land. This was an awfully tempting offer except I didnt have a clue where to find the gold dust. I decided to leave the Black Smith and his Gigantic friend and romp around the mountain village for a time punching snow bolders. This is when I discovered the Elder. He was frozen solid inside a snow boulder near the entrance to Snow Head. I decided to help a brother out and defrost him as well. This required me going back up to Darmani's grave and getting more hot water. Once he was defrosted he spoke of the need to get to Snow Head and than completely dismissed me. Sad old man.... Anways, I decided to move on with my life and decided to head back to the Goron Village. I was immediately side tracked when I found a giant icicle on the way there. I traveled back to Darmani's Grave , got some more hot water and defrosted this giant iceberg. This revealed a hole below that lead to another hot spring. Happy days! There would no longer be a reason to climb up to Darmanis Grave for hot water. Having to climb up to Darmanis Grave was turning out to be a real pain in the neck. This hot spring would prove to be a real blessing. My defrosting adventures were starting to pay off. I entered into site above the Goron Village where I found another icicle. This new icicle was blocking the entrance to the Powder Keg Bomb trainer that the Goron back at Clock Town had spoken of. I was keen to gain acess to this site but it didn't matter how many times I tried to defrost the entrance it simply failed. I was going to have to wait until another time before I would be granted access to the Keg Bomb Trainer. Anyways.. I continued on towards the entrance to the Goron Village. I tried to gain access but was denied. The sign directed me to find the gate keeper who was supposedly above the entrance. I tried to find him, but apparently he had gone awol. I finally found the Gate keeping Goron rolling around inside a giant snowball. He was frozen. More hot water was collected and the Goron was freed. As a reward he opened and than immediately closed the door to the Goron Village before I could gain access. Out of anger I ground pounded the snow in front of the entrance and magically the door opened... perhaps I should have tried that in the first place. Inside was a bunch of disgruntled Gorons who were all blocking their ears. A baby Goron was crying his eyes out and I was requested to go and find the Elder to help soothe the crying baby. Yep, I was now charged with finding the very same Elder who had earlier dismissed me. At this point I decided it best to save face and save game..

Way back in the early 2000's I received my very own copy of The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask as a gift from my wife. Ever since than I often find myself reminiscing about the time spent in the game.
Majora's Mask is my favourite game ever.
Fast forward to 2021 and I decided to record the entire experience for anyone willing to watch it!
